Cates Makes A Stunning Arrest – Spinelli And Sam Face The Music!
General Hospital spoilers tease that FBI Agent John Cates (Adam Harrington) came to Port Charles supposedly to take down the Pikeman Group.
To that end, he had forced Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to work undercover for the past three years by holding evidence that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) was guilty of criminal conspiracy over his head.
Jason helped take Pikeman down, but Cates wasn’t satisfied and told Jason he could either take another assignment or rat out Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard).
General Hospital Spoilers – John Cates Plan Was Foiled!
Not long ago, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) enlisted Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) to hack into the FBI Computers and discover what evidence the FBI had over Jason. Spinelli and Sam were able to obtain Cates’ credentials and Spinelli soon located the evidence against Carly.
Spinelli was unable to delete the evidence. But even so, the evidence did go missing and Cates’ plan was foiled. That means both Jason and Carly are free of Cates once and for all? But Cates may have an ace up his sleeve.
GH Spoilers – John Cates Knows Someone Used His Credentials!
John knows the exact date that his credentials were used to access the FBI’s mainframe. If he thinks back, he may remember that he encountered Sam that day. It would be easy for Cates to then make the assumption that Sam and Spinelli stole his credentials.
If Cates can prove that he can arrest both Sam and Spinelli and try to use that as leverage against Jason once again.
Of course, the only thing that Cates really wants is Sonny so he will likely tell Jason he can make the charges against Sam and Spinelli go away.
General Hospital Spoilers – Dante Falconeri Warned Sam McCall
After Sam told Dante what she and Spinelli did, he pretty much insisted she never speak on it again. Just by telling him, she made him an accessory to her crime.
Meanwhile, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) made Spinelli promise not to get caught because their family needs him.
If Cates does arrest them, there is far more at stake than just their freedom.
Even if Cates drops the charges, several relationships could change forever. But would Jason give in to Cates’ blackmail for a second time?
