The Young and the Restless Week of September 9: Nick Panics as Sharon Spins Out – Claire & Kyle’s Romantic Steps
Nick Panics as Sharon Spins Out – Claire & Kyle’s Romantic Steps
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of September 9-13 reveal that Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) won’t be able to wiggle out of her punishment – not even the new addition that Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) enforces following Summer Newman’s (Allison Lanier) suggestion.
Lucy will have to write a letter apologizing to Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) and her family, but this seems like the kind of thing that could backfire spectacularly considering Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) declining mental state.
It’s easy to imagine Sharon’s furious reaction, so she might crumple the letter in a fit of rage and grow increasingly determined to dish out consequences.
Lucy and Daniel could get caught up in some drama once “Cameron Kirsten” (Linden Ashby) pushes Sharon to fight back.
Of course, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is also on Sharon’s enemy list, so look for her to get thrown into some danger in the coming episodes.
It’s clear that Sharon is inching awfully close to the edge, so it won’t take much for “Cameron” to shove her right over it.
Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will become even more alarmed over the warning signs he’s seeing in Sharon’s behavior.
It appears Nick will get some guidance from Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) as he frets over Sharon’s well-being.
Meanwhile, Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will have another strategy session about Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) future.
Despite Jack and Diane’s efforts to rein in Kyle’s worst impulses, they’ll worry they may not be able to pull him out of the Newman web he’s tangled up in.
Victor’s grip on Kyle may prove even tighter than Diane and Jack anticipated.
As for Claire Newman (Hayley Erin), she’ll have to make some difficult choices about the path she’s headed down.
Claire may give the idea of working under Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) again a little more thought – especially since Kyle wouldn’t be her boss any longer.
Kyle and Claire have a romance brewing this fall, so Y&R fans will see them start working their way toward that goal.
The first move seems like stepping away from the nanny role, so Claire should reevaluate her employment after Kyle’s confession about Victor’s request.
Over with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), he’ll remain on a power trip that could end in disaster.
Will Lily Winters’ (Christel Khalil) finally strike a deal with Victor on a takedown alliance?
That may depend on whether Victor, Lily and Nikki can agree on who should be in charge if this Chancellor takeover succeeds.
Our Y&R predictions hint that some corporate shakeups are looming in Genoa City, so stick with us for updates on all the chaos.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say the week of September 9-13 will lead to some surprises, so stay tuned for all the stunning news that’s still to come!
