General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Ava Jerome (Maura West) could be forced into a desperate move now that she’s been exposed. She thought she had a foolproof plan in place when she gave that recording to Adrian DeWitt (Dieterich Gray) but he caved and busted her at the least little scare!

Ava really didn’t help herself by releasing that secret recording of Natalia Rogers-Ramirez (Eva LaRue). Unfortunately, the show seems to be more interested in focusing on Ava as the leaker rather than addressing Natalia’s bigotry.
It feels like another way to make everyone turn against Ava, and things are only going to get worse from here.
In the July 3 episode, Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) had a conversation with Ava where he voiced his uncertainty about winning the custody case.
To give Ava some hope, Scott hinted Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) would need to be caught on camera having a public breakdown for things to turn in their favor.

Could Ava be considering breaking into Sonny’s penthouse or finding a way to get inside through deception? It’s possible that Ava might decide to mimic her own strategies and swap Sonny’s medication with placebos.

Ava is still getting heat for swapping Morgan Corinthos’ (Bryan Craig) bipolar pills with placebos, which played a part in his downfall; he tried stealing Julian Jerome’s (William DeVry) car.
With Bryan Craig returning as Morgan in August, Ava might have to face the consequences; Morgan has haunted Ava’s nightmares in the past, so he might again.
Conversely, Morgan could become a part of Sonny’s very public breakdown if he starts hallucinating about his son, especially if he appears half blown to bits.
It all hinges on how the writers incorporated Morgan into the storyline and whether Ava’s scheme will be successful; regardless, Ava is sure to face severe backlash once she’s exposed.
